Is DT-Folio designed for a specific type of User? Optimally, DT-Folio is designed for a marketing/communications department. However, because of its flexibility, many other types of users can benefit from using it, like: Engineering, facilities mgmt, manufacturing, ad agencies...just about anyone who needs to distribute assets worldwide in a secure environment. How can I get DT-Folio? DT-Folio comes as a hosted application. We offer some standard configurations and dedicated custom solutions for our larger customers. What you'll need to decide is how much asset storage you'll need to start with and we'll quote the solution cost based on that. You can be setup and ready to go within days of your first contact with us. How much does it cost? There can be many variables, so we like to learn more about your specific needs before providing cost information, but typically, our entry-level solution which is great for small companies, starts at $250/month. We have just recently reduced our charges for our larger dedicated solutions, which now start at only $1500/month. Is it hard to use? DT-Folio is arguably one of the easiest and most flexible DAM system to use. You can setup your own subjects, categories, regions and volumes. You can bulk upload large asset files. Thumbnails and preview images are created automatically for 63 different file types. From the user perspective, they simply login, search, add assets to a cart and download. |
